Under RAD 7 Preferences > Java > Compiler > Building, Filtered Resources has *.launch by default you can add .copyarea.db, this way RAD will not attempt to copy resources it is not allowed to manage.

I don't think Boxee has any HD content through the internet services it connects to like Hulu, CBS, or Joost. I think ABC.com is one the few sites that provide HD content and the Mac version of Boxee from what I can tell does not connect to the HD streams just the standard video streams. In the second video (above) the Boxee UE guy talks about the apple tv and HD saying that the apple tv doesn't really have enough power to use the high end graphics. Maybe they are referring to 1080p HD content and not 1080i or 720p content. You can rent and buy HD video from the iTunes store so the Apple TV will support some HD content. Boxee can also play local media you have on your box I haven't tested anything in HD though. Here is a forum where people are discussing the HD stuff. http://forum.boxee.tv/showthread.php?t=2670
